it’s spray insulation. You normally spray it behind drywall and it expands to fill the space. This is a genius use for it: restrictive but easily breakable when necessary.
Unfortunately it also generates heat and toxic fumes while expanding, which are actually very good reasons not to use it for bondage play. Or at least give the sub a gas mask.
